Although I have been obsessed with computers and technology for years, I have only been a tech consultant recently. Yes, I am being honest about being new to this business. Why? Because there is way too much dishonesty in this business.

What I charge:
Upfront I charge $3,000. This is for a two month project. For a phone call less than 5 minutes I do not charge at this time. Phone calls longer than 5 minutes and I charge $25 an hour upfront. Anything else will be negotiated privately.

What can I do For You?

Google Ranking
Anyone who tells you there is a 100% chance they can get you better Google results is a scam. There is no 100% when it comes to the fight for better Google results. However, I can show you how to do it honestly. Most use dis-honest methods create short term results. I will show you how to get honest long term results.

Better Web design
Me and my team will get you a web design that will not only give you a more professional presence online, but will be something you can update yourself without paying someone else each time.

Social Networking
Social networking is getting to be a major part of doing business, but you need to focus on more important things. So how do you keep a presence on Facebook, Twiiter, and everywhere else? I will show you how to automate, how much you can automate, and how it can save you time. This will also help you better serve your customers!

Personal Computer Support
I try my best to not do house calls. However, everything has it’s price. For me to come to you is $100 an hour and is non-negotiable. One minute is the same as one hour. One hour and one minute is the same as two hours. Two hours and one minute is the same as three hours. If too far outside of the core of Olympia, I may request a mileage fee of $1 per mile.

Phone Support
I prefer doing personal computer support over the phone. I charge $25 an hour during normal business hours. I charge $100 an hour when not during normal business hours. Normal business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time Zone.

Failed Hard Drive
This is a very tricky thing. Although I will come to an established business location, I do not do house calls. However, if you get your hard drive to me I can do my best to retrieve the data off of it. I have to charge $200 up front just to try.

Where do I serve?
For the most part I will do tech consulting for Olympia, Lacey, And Tumwater Washington. However, with the help of technology I can probably help anyone in the world that speaks clear American English. Nothing at all against non-English speaking folks (my family tree is the color of a rainbow) . I can only speak the one language and I’m pretty much a one man operation. I hope you understand.
